The information you entered in MyACCESS is secure, but if you are using a computer in a library, Community center or other public place, please take these additional steps: If you print anything, remember to get the printed copies of your application. If the printer jams or your application fails to print, contact someone at the location for help. And, after you have completed your application(s), shut down the internet program and if possible ask the staff to restart the computer.

How to Apply
To apply for assistance online, please click the "Apply Online" button to start. You will have to create a User ID and password on the MyACCESS portal to access the application process. Application online
 
As part of the application process you may need to give us proof of your answers in the application (for example, proof of income).
 
Depending on what program you apply for, you may be required to have an interview with a worker. The interview may be held at the local Department of Children and Families office or may be held over the phone.
